Motorcycle Video Classifieds does not participate in the sale of any vehicle.
All motorcycles are offered for sale by private parties and/or dealers. All payment arrangements must be made between sellers and buyers and/or their designated financial institutions. Buyers are responsible for sales tax and registration in their home state. Buyers are responsible for arranging shipping and any travel or fuel costs associated with taking possession of the vehicle.
Motorcycle Video Classifieds does not own any vehicles, inventory vehicles or function as a dealership, but serves as a listing service on behalf of the seller of the motorcycles. All motorcycles are listed with no implied warranties by Motorcycle Video Classifieds.
Sellers are directly responsible for the price, videos, and descriptions of their motorcycles.
Motorcycle Video Classifieds makes no warranties as to when, or if, any given motorcycle will sell. As the leading for sale by video classified system, Motorcycle Video Classifieds is searched daily by persons interested in finding and purchasing a variety of motorcycles. While we make specific efforts to respond to that demand, Motorcycle Video Classifieds does not make any claims or warranties to have specific buyers available for any given vehicle at any time and does not warrant or guarantee the sale of any vehicle within a specified time frame.
Refund Policy
Placing a classified advertisement carries the inherent risk that what you are offering will not sell. Motorcycle Video Classifieds cannot control market conditions and makes no warranty as to when, or if any given motorcycle will sell. As such, Motorcycle Video Classifieds maintains a strict no-refund policy. Ad can be canceled at any time, but the price will remain the same and no refund will be given. Ad content and videos are the sole responsibility of the sellers. If errors in content are found upon review of the ad, login to account and correct the errors as soon as possible. However, no errors in content will be considered grounds for violation of the no-refund policy.
Sellers agree to feature only one (1) motorcycle per video. Violation of this policy will cause video to be suspended with no refund. Repeat of violation will cause suspension of account.
