Helpful tips to help sell your bike with video

Any video camera will work, even a cell phone, but remember a good clear video will help sell your motorcycle. Many inexpensive video cameras are now available like the "Flip Video™".

Keep you're video to 2 to 3 minutes, enough to show the bike, for long videos don’t help sell. Some sellers will video only the bike and or add music. Buyers want to not only see the bike your selling, they want to know about your bike. Tell them in a clear voice why your bike is superior to all the others.

Describe the bike in detail.

Tell buyers about that custom paint, graphics, all that custom chrome and leather that adds value. Have you added extra equipment? Start your bike. Show it being ridden if you like. Be creative, but honest in selling your prized motorcycle. Let them know of any extras you are willing to do: offering financing, sharing shipping cost or other extras which will help you sell your bike.

How long will my video take to upload?

Depending on the size of the video and your connection speed, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours to upload a video. Generally, if you have a high-speed internet connection you can expect the upload to take up to 5 minutes for every 1MB. The current upload limit is 100mb.

What video file formats can I upload and what are the best formats to upload for high quality videos?

You can upload almost any format of video. However for best quality we recommend avi or mpg.
